Firm Profile

Henri W. Tartt, Jr. is the founder of The Tartt Law Firm.  He graduated from Northwestern University School of Law, which has been ranked by the U.S. News & World Report as one of the Top 10 law schools in the United States.  Mr. Tartt has worked at a prestigious downtown Los Angeles law firm.  His practice entails litigation and transactional work in insurance coverage law and business law.

Significantly, Mr. Tartt's legal counsel is enhanced because he holds the prestigious CPCU [Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter] professional designation conferred by the American Institute of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters.  Moreover, he also holds the professional designation of “ARM” [Associate in Risk Management] conferred by the Insurance Institute of America. Mr. Tartt has lectured at NAPIA [National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters] seminars wherein Public Adjusters obtain some of their mandatory educational units needed in order to keep their licenses in good standing with a particular state.

Moreover, Mr. Tartt's legal counsel is also enhanced because he has an MBA in Finance [Master's in Business Administration] from Loyola Marymount University.  Thus, he thoroughly understands complex business transactions, as well as the maze-like interrelationship between law and business.  As a result, you will receive more effective, prudent, and comprehensive legal advice.  Mr. Tartt has been a guest lecturer at UCLA's preeminent Anderson School of Business.

He is a member of the California State Bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Central District of California, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. Suffice it to say, with Henri Tartt, Jr.  as your lawyer, you will be very well-represented.
